Kokopelli and Graines Baumaux face the EU Court of Justice

French Association, Kokopelli who aims to protect biodiversity and the production of organic seeds was questioned regarding the marketing of vegetable seeds by seed company Graines Baumaux SAS which has been taken to court and given directives by the EU Court of justice.
